What members ask most when confirming their registration.

Why do I need a code sent by email?

So that knowing someone's CPF isn't enough to activate their registration. When your former registration has an email, the code goes to it — and only you can access it.

I didn't get the code.

Check your spam and Promotions folders. The code is valid for 30 minutes and, after 1 minute, you can request another one on the same screen. Only the latest code works.

I no longer use the email from my former registration.

Contact the BRASCRS office to update the email on your registration. After that, first access works normally here.

The page says it couldn't find my CPF.

This happens when first access was already completed or when the registration didn't come from the former portal. If you already created your password, sign in to the panel and use “Esqueci minha senha” (forgot my password).

When can I use the new platform?

At the launch, on October 29, 2026. Until then, your registration is confirmed and your login is ready.
